Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Manhattan Soccer Club directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

- MANHATTAN SOCCER CLUB REFUND and CREDIT POLICY
Manhattan Soccer Club has a strict and restrictive refund policy for the travel team programs. Once the player accepts and registers for a travel team, it has the effect of denying another player an opportunity to play on a competitive team. Additionally, costs accrue to the Club for services provided to all club players and all club teams based on player headcount, costs that will not simply disappear if a player drops out after the tryout/registration period is over. This becomes especially critical once the active soccer season is underway (from late August on), as league registration deadlines and the potential for frozen rosters make it more challenging to replace players who depart during the soccer year. A player who accepts an invitation to play with the Club commits to participate for the remainder of the soccer year. We set what we believe are appropriate fees for participation in the club travel program, with expectation that these fees will cover expenses for the entire soccer year. No refunds or credits, partial or full, will be made to players who choose not to participate at any point after registration, except possibly for the following reasons -
The event that a player sustains a season ending injury, the Club may consider a partial refund (if injured on October 15 or before) or credit (injury occurs after October 15) after review of records provided by the treating physician or facility. Injuries that cause a player to miss less than three full months will not be subject to credits or refunds.
For families that move during the season, the Club may consider a partial refund in these circumstances on an individual case basis.
Under no circumstances will any refund be issued after October 15 in a given soccer year.
Under no circumstances will any credit be issued after October 15 and before April 1 unless a player sustains a season ending injury.
Under no circumstances will any credit be issued on or after April 1.
For training programs and other services (busing, U5-7, Toddler, clinics, events, etc.), the refund and credit policy will be more relaxed. If you for any reason, believe that a refund or credit is warranted for non travel programming and service, please reach out to the following staff -
